Turkish Spice Rub 2.7 oz

Our Turkish spice rub is a flavorful combination of Cumin Toasted, Garlic, Coriander Toasted, Onion, Sea Salt, White Pepper, Parsley, Turmeric, and Green Cardamom. This blend is traditionally used for Turkish shish kebab with seasoned pieces of meat, fish, or vegetables roasted or grilled on a skewer or spit. But this rub is so much more! It is delicious with grilled chopped lamb and can be greatly used in Turkish cooking, meat, vegetables, chicken, soup, salad and kebabs. We've even used it to season homemade croutons, salad dressings, and marinades.
