Za’atar Garlic Spread

YIELD: 4-5 servings          PREP TIME: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning blend
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

Warm olive oil in a small saucepan and add minced garlic. Allow mixture to warm for 5 minutes to infuse the oil with garlic flavor.  Add za’atar seasoning to the oil and garlic mixture, remove from heat, and serve warm. Spread onto bread or crackers.

Notes:

This spread can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for a few days before using. Warm before serving.
