Za’atar Garlic Spread

Ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon za’atar seasoning blend
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm olive oil in a small saucepan and add minced garlic. Allow mixture to warm for 5 minutes to infuse the oil with garlic flavor. Add za’atar seasoning to the oil and garlic mixture, remove from heat, and serve warm. Spread onto bread or crackers.
