Warm Za'atar Olives
YIELD: 8-12s servings PREP TIME: 5 minutes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (I recommend first cold press oil)
- ¾ pound brine-cured olives (I like a mixture of black and green Mediterranean olives)
- 2 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
Add olives to olive oil in a small saucepan and heat, stirring gently, until warm. Stir in za’atar spice blend to mix. Serve with bread for dipping.
