Smoky Molasses Grilled Chicken

YIELD: 4 servings  PREP TIME: 5-8 min  + 1-2 hr marinating   

  

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts or drumsticks (skinless or skin on)
  • 4 tablespoons Spice Your Life Olive Oil (unflavored, Garlic, or Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil are our favorites for this recipe)
  • 3-4 tablespoons Spice Your Life Smoky Molasses Rub

Instructions:

Mix Smoky Molasses Rub with olive oil in a small bowl. Pat the chicken pieces dry and place on a dinner plate or in a baking dish. Generously brush the Smoky Molasses Rub and oil mixture all over the meat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 2 to 24 hours in your refrigerator.

To cook, heat grill to medium temp. Grill chicken on both sides until internal temperature reaches 165° F.

Remove from the grill and serve with Smoky Molasses BBQ Sauce on the side.

Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil
