Ras el Hanout and Vanilla Ice Cream
YIELD: 4 servings PREP TIME: 5 min FREEZING TIME: 3 hr
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream or vanilla gelato
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ras el hanout
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
Allow vanilla ice cream or gelato to soften at room temperature until it is soft enough to stir. Add ras el hanout and vanilla bean paste and stir until they are well blended. Place the ice cream or gelato mixture into the freezer until it freezes to the desired firmness.
Grate white chocolate on top of the ras el hanout ice cream/gelato just before serving.
