Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 3/4 teaspoon Spice Your Life Pumpkin Spice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of your choices
- ¼ cup to 1 cup brewed coffee of your choice
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions:
Mix pumpkin puree, 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, and sugar in a small saucepan on low heat. Gradually whisk in milk until well blended. Pour 1/4 to 1 cup brewed coffee into the saucepan and whisk until the mixture is blended. Pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice on top of whipped cream. Enjoy!
Note:
If you use canned pumpkin puree, you can freeze the puree not used for this recipe in zip lock freezer bags to use in the future.
