Pumpkin Spice Latte

YIELD: 1 serving           PREP TIME: 4-6 min     

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 3/4 teaspoon Spice Your Life Pumpkin Spice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of your choices
  • ¼ cup to 1 cup brewed coffee of your choice
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions:

Mix pumpkin puree, 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, and sugar in a small saucepan on low heat. Gradually whisk in milk until well blended. Pour 1/4 to 1 cup brewed coffee into the saucepan and whisk until the mixture is blended. Pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice on top of whipped cream. Enjoy!

Note:

If you use canned pumpkin puree, you can freeze the puree not used for this recipe in zip lock freezer bags to use in the future.
