Pumpkin Spice Latte

- 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of your choices
- ¼ cup to 1 cup brewed coffee of your choice
- Whipped cream (optional)
Mix pumpkin puree, 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, and sugar in a small saucepan on low heat. Gradually whisk in milk until well blended. Pour 1//4 to 1 cup brewed coffee to a mug. Whisk in your chosen amount of coffee. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice on top of whipped cream. Enjoy!
If you use canned pumpkin puree, you can freeze the puree not used for this recipe in zip lock freezer bags to use in the future.
