Honey Chipotle Grilled Pineapple

YIELD: 4-8 servings   PREP TIME: 8 min    COOK TIME: 5-10 min        



  • 1 large ripe pineapple (or a cored pineapple from your grocery’s deli)
  • 2-3 tablespoons Butter Olive Oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons Honey Chipotle Rub
  • Mint for garnish (optional)


Cut ends off pineapple and quarter lengthwise. Peel and core the pineapple. If using a cored pineapple slice pineapple crosswise into ~1/2 inch thick pieces.

Clean and heat grill to medium-high heat. Brush pineapple wedges with Butter Olive Oil and sprinkle with Honey Chipotle Rub to taste. Cook pineapple pieces on grill for 5-8 minutes per side until grill marks form and the pineapple turns a light to medium golden brown in areas.

Plate the grilled pineapple pieces and garnish with fresh mint. Serve while still warm.
