Grilled Peaches with Dukkah, Drizzled Honey, and Blueberries
YIELD: 8 servings PREP TIME: 10 minutes
- 4 peaches
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dukkah Seasoning (from Spice Your Life)
- ¼ cup honey, warmed
- 3/4 cup blueberries, for topping
Cut each peach in half, remove pits, and brush each peach half with olive oil. Oil grill grates with olive oil and heat grill to high heat. Grill peaches cut side down for 5-10 minutes continuously until grill marks are visible and the peach flesh is fragrant like baked peach pie. When finished grilling, transfer each peach half to an individual serving plate and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle a generous amount of Dukkah Seasoning blend on top and serve with blueberries. Serve while still warm.
