Easy Summer Shandy
YIELD: 1 serving PREP TIME: 3 min
- 12 oz Hefeweizen or American wheat ale or Belgian witbier
- 2 – 2 ½ ounces Sicilian Lemon Vinegar
- lemon slices for garnish
Fill an ice cold glass with beer. Add Sicilian Lemon Vinegar and adjust the amount of vinegar to taste. Stir gently to mix. Serve after the foam has settled a bit.
Be sure to chill the beer and glass before preparing. During the summer we keep glasses in the freezer at all times to be ready for pouring cold beverages.
