Salsa Fresca with Chili and Lime

YIELD: 4 servings          PREP TIME: 12 minutes



  • 2 ½ cups Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Lime Seasoning (from Spice Your Life)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt



Mix red onion, Chipotle Lime Seasoning, and lime juice in a bowl and allow flavors to mix for 5 minutes. Then add tomatoes, salt, and cilantro and let all the flavors blend for an additional 15 minutes before serving with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
