Cauliflower Steaks with Bulgogi and Balsamic Vinegar

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower
  • 3 tablespoons Spice Your Life Garlic Olive Oil or Unflavored Olive Oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons Spice Your Life Bulgogi Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Spice Your Life 18 Year Balsamic Vinegar



Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly oil a rimmed sheet pan with 1-2 teaspoons of the olive oil.

Remove and discard outer leaves of cauliflower head and trim off stem. Place trimmed cauliflower head on a cutting board with stem side down. With a sharp knife, cut vertically through the cauliflower to create ¾” thick slices. Arrange the slices on the oiled pan and brush the remainder of the oil over the tops and sides of all the slices.

Next, sprinkle the Bulgogi Seasoning evenly over all the cauliflower slices. Bake until the cauliflower starts to brown, about 15 minutes. Remove pain from oven and drizzle evenly with balsamic vinegar. Return pan to the oven and continue baking until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown, about 10 more minutes.
