Quick and Easy Bulgogi Beef
YIELD: 2-4 servings PREP TIME: 7 min COOK TIME: 6 min
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons Bulgogi Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon neutral cooking oil for high heat cooking (I like avocado oil for this recipe)
- 4-5 scallions, green and white parts chopped
Put meat slices in a bowl and sprinkle on both sides with Bulgogi Seasoning. Let seasoned ribeye sit for 5 minutes to season.
Drizzle oil onto the meat and gently blend to spread oil onto all the slices. Place slices individually onto the cooking surface (i.e. grill or hot frying pan) and sear until charred and crisp on each side (~2-3 minutes per side).
Plate the cooked meat and season with additional Bulgogi Seasoning as desired. Serve with chopped scallions on top and enjoy!
We recommend putting extra Bulgogi Seasoning on the table to be used as a condiment so your guests can season their portions to taste.
